At our salon, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide each guest with a personalized and elevated experience. To maintain the highest level of service, we kindly ask that all clients review the following policies prior to booking.

Appointment Reservations

Appointments may be secured online or by calling   our salon. A valid card on file may be required to reserve select services, extended appointments, or new guest bookings.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to fully enjoy your experience and ensure services begin promptly.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We respectfully require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment service changes, rescheduling or cancellations.

Appointments canceled within the required notice period may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments are subject to 100% of the reserved service amount.

This policy allows us to honor the time of our artists and accommodate other guests awaiting availability.

Late Arrival Policy

To preserve the experience of all scheduled guests, appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be modified, shortened, or rescheduled.

Full service pricing may still apply.

Deposits

First time appointments & select services exceeding a designated duration may require a non-refundable reservation deposit.

Deposits are applied toward the final balance on the day of service.

Service Satisfaction

Your experience and satisfaction are deeply important to us. If adjustments are needed, please contact the salon within 48 hours of your appointment so we may review and refine the service where appropriate.

Due to the artistic and customized nature of salon services, refunds are not offered on completed services.

Retail & Product Returns

products are not eligible for return.

Health & Consultation

For the integrity of your results and safety, guests are asked to disclose any previous color history, chemical treatments, allergies, sensitivities, medications, or medical conditions during consultation.

We reserve the right to decline services that may compromise hair integrity, safety, or achievable results.

Pricing

Service pricing reflects the time, artistry, education, and product investment required to achieve each customized result. Additional charges may apply for excessive length, density, corrective work, or extended appointment times.
